How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Techarrested Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Techarrested Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Techarrested Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Colorado.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@techarrested.property and include:

  • Your name and a way for us to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply and share what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
