Grow your pest control business

A myth about referral networks: "You just hand over your business." Not here. Providers in the Techarrested Pest Control network stay independent. You keep your name, your prices, your schedule, and your customers. We simply route homeowner calls toward providers who serve their area.

This is not a job listing. We do not hire employees or technicians. We connect homeowners with independent businesses.

Who we are looking for

We talk with independent providers in Lone Tree, CO and the Lone Tree area who handle:

  • Residential pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches, and crickets
  • Termite inspection and treatment
  • Rodent control and wildlife removal
  • Bed bug treatment

Solo operators and small companies are welcome. What matters most is that you serve homeowners and can explain your work in plain words.

What we expect

Providers in our network agree to a few basics:

  • Hold the licenses and insurance your work requires in your state.
  • Give homeowners a written quote and a clear scope of work.
  • Be honest about timing. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
  • Treat homes, pets, and families with care, and plan visits around a busy household.
  • Answer calls and follow up politely.

We cannot promise a set number of calls. Volume depends on season, location, and the services you offer.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@techarrested.property. Please include:

  • Your business name and the services you offer
  • The towns or areas you cover
  • Your license and insurance details
  • The easiest way for homeowners to reach you

We review each note and reply with next steps. Providers may pay a referral fee for the calls we send, and we explain those terms up front.
